Under the hood, it is powered by a Quad-core UNISOC T310 processor clocked at ~2.0 GHz. The device comes standard with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. There is support for RAM expansion (virtual memory) in some versions, pushing usable memory higher. For storage, there is also a microSD slot that supports cards up to 2 TB, giving ample room for apps, files, videos, and more.

Software & Connectivity

The Tab 20 runs DokeOS_P 4.1, based on Android 15, featuring several AI enhancements. It supports WiFi 5 (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac) on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Navigation tools include GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo for location services. Other niceties: face unlock, virtual memory / RAM expansion, and microSD storage expansion.
